What's available at Old Island?


Old Island Lifestyle Community consists of three neighborhoods surrounding the popular Crockett Ridge Golf Course. Each neighborhood has an appeal of its own with differing types of homes constructed by the area’s award-winning builders. If you have a favorite plan or dream home, feel free to bring the plans, select a lot and sit back and relax while we construct your next home.


NEIGHBORHOODS

  • Old Island – Classic single family homes overlooking #3 fairway, only lots 7 and 8 remain.

  • Crockett Landing – Upscale spacious one level homes with fabulous views overlooking #4 and #3 fairways.

  • Treetop Estates – Custom Estate Homes on 5 Acres with mountaintop views of Tennessee and Virginia

How do I get to Old Island?


Old Island is located in Sullivan County in northeast Tennessee, approximately six miles from the Kingsport City Limits, just off Memorial Drive. Click here for directions and map.

Can we bring our own home plans?


Yes, we welcome you to bring your own plans. However, plans must be approved by developer prior to closing on a lot purchase as there are some guidelines in place to assure a cohesive architectural look and feel.

Is there a Homeowners' Association at Old Island? Are there any maintenance fees associated with property ownership?


Yes, there is a Homeowners' Association. And, yes, there is small annual assessment for common area maintenance and street lighting. For details of the By Laws at Old Island, click the following link.

Can we purchase just a lot?

What kind of a deposit is required?


Deposits vary depending on phase of engagement.


What are my financing options?


There are many local financial institutions, including the ones below, who may be available for financing or you may choose the financial institution of your choice.

Developer financing may also be available, please contact us for more details.


Will I get a “membership” at Crockett Ridge Golf Club with the purchase of a home or lot?


Although we are good neighbors, currently there is no relationship between Old Island development and Crockett Ridge Golf Club. Crockett Ridge is an 18 hole public golf course with clubhouse with greens throughout the Old Island and Crockett Landing neighborhoods.


How far is it to healthcare services, grocery stores or fire/police station?


Old Island is within, at most, 10 miles from any of these.


Is Old Island in the City Limits of Kingsport?


Yes, Old Island is now part of the City of Kingsport.
